Product Description
The Treeblocks Tree Car Tow Truck is a small, real-wood tow truck that comes with its own driver and a detachable crane—ready for breakdowns on the living room rug, rescues along the block-road, and long hauls to the treehouse and back.
Treeblocks makes simple wooden toys that let kids feel the weight and grain of real wood, and this one is made in the USA. At about 5 × 4 × 2 inches, the tow truck is sized for small hands and fits right in with wooden blocks, dollhouses, and play figures for story-driven, open-ended play.
Why Parents Love It
- Real wood: Kids get the look, feel, and smell of natural wood instead of plastic.
- Driver and crane included: Comes with its own driver and a detachable crane, so the rescue starts the minute it is unwrapped.
- Made in the USA: Crafted in the United States by Treeblocks.
- Open-ended play: No batteries, buttons, or sounds—kids supply the engine noise and the rescue plan.
- Plays well with others: Treeblocks designed it to join its dolls and treehouses, and it fits easily into block cities and play-figure worlds.
- Safety tested: Treeblocks has its toys third-party safety tested.
Built for Real Outdoor Use
On dry days, the tow truck is happy on the porch, along a garden path, or across the top of a tree stump that has become a mountain road. Bring it back inside when play is done—natural wood lasts longest when it stays dry.
Indoors, it is a rainy-afternoon favorite: a tow truck needs roads, so out come the blocks, the dolls need a ride home, and a quiet hour turns into a whole town.

Why ODSS Recommends It
ODSS recommends the Treeblocks Tree Car Tow Truck for preschoolers who love vehicles and stories in equal measure. It is simple, made-in-USA real wood, and it asks kids to do the imagining—which is exactly the kind of play we want to encourage.
We especially like how far one small truck can go. It tows, it rescues, it delivers dolls to the treehouse, and on a dry afternoon it heads out onto the porch to find new roads.
