Product Description
The Taylored Toys Mini Wood Tool Kit is a little set of four wooden tools (a rolling pin, two scoops and a honey dipper) made for play dough, sensory bins and pretend kitchen play.
Each tool is sized for small hands and finished with food-grade mineral oil and beeswax. The set packs into a canvas cotton bag, so it is easy to bring along to a picnic table, a sandbox or a quiet corner of the yard.
Why Parents Love It
- Four useful tools: a 5-inch rolling pin, a 4-inch scoop, a 4-inch honey dipper and a 3.5-inch round scoop.
- Sized for little hands: small enough for preschoolers to grip and control.
- Natural finish: Taylored Toys finishes each tool with food-grade mineral oil and beeswax.
- Open-ended: roll, scoop, pour and press with play dough, sand, rice or whatever the day brings.
- Canvas storage bag: keeps the set together and ready to go.
Built for Real Outdoor Use
Play dough at the picnic table, scooping sand at the beach, rolling out mud pies on the back step: small tools turn a handful of something into an afternoon of play.
The kit fits easily in a day bag or a nature basket, and it pairs naturally with a play dish set or a sensory bin at home.
Things to Know
- Safety: per Taylored Toys, the tools can be a choking hazard and are not intended for children under 3 or anyone who may put things in their mouth.
- Play only: made for play, not for real cooking or food prep.
- Wet or messy play: we recommend wiping or rinsing the tools and letting them air-dry. Do not soak them or put them in the dishwasher.
- Play dough not included.
- Choosing a kit: this mini kit is focused on rolling and scooping. The Taylored Toys Sensory Bin Tool Kit is our pick for sensory bin play.
